Exchange for Free If you run a bed and breakfast or other accommodation and want to take that well deserved break or experience a new destination, now you can! "What's more you can stay Free of Charge". Other owners who feel the same way will offer you Free Accommodation on one condition that you agree to do the same for them. No money is exchanged. For each exchange you will offer a return exchange and never again pay for lodgings when you travel.
When visiting your exchange accommodation the owners will always be there to look after you. The idea is that you will never have to look after the other owner's accommodation. Conversely the partner exchange will never have to look after your accommodation. " What a great way to make new friends and a chance to visit new places".

Take the time to check out the exchange Nobody wants an unfair exchange so how can you know whether the exchange accommodation you visit will be as good as your own? That being said, there is a certain element of apprehension when doing an exchange.
The best way to reassure yourself is to contact your exchange partner often, if necessary ask for additional photos, references, and get to know each other by calling or e-mail.
Remember too, that your exchange partner will also have the same concerns. If the circumstances are not to your liking you can politely say no - it's your choice!
Consider when your regular paying guests find your accommodation on the internet they make a valued assessment regarding your accommodation. When reviewing the proposed exchange web site you can also decide whether the accommodation meets your initial expectations based on information provided.
